Welcome to my web site. Here you will find the usual family/trip/fun photos and videos, but a primary focus of the site is the display and sharing of images of the insects that I study and photograph. In large part, these are odonata (dragonflies and damselflies) and are saved here for archival purposes and for viewing by colleagues and other interested parties.

The majority of images in my current collection are from the southeastern U.S., particularly the state of Georgia, but I am expanding my efforts into other parts of the country and into Mexico. There is also a selection of images from Thailand.

I have an additional web site devoted to information about Georgia odonata species, of which 174 have been recorded to date. There I have county distribution maps for each species as well as images, flight season, county totals, and additional data. Thanks for your interest.
